Eligibility criteria

All Permit Types

• You must complete and submit a Primary Buyer & Quota Managed Species Application form in addition to your permit application.

Primary Buyers

• You must have a place of business (non-residential) in Massachusetts.
• You must be in compliance with reporting.

Wholesale Dealers, Wholesale Trucks, and Retail Stores

• You must submit an approved inspection from the Department of Public Health Massachusetts Food Protection Program with your permit application.

Retail Trucks

• You must submit an approved inspection from your town or county’s Board of Health with your permit application.
