What you need
Do you already hold a commercial, seafood dealer, or special permit? You will need the following to claim your account and renew or manage your permit:
- Have your paper permit or renewal in front of you.
- Have access to your email.
- Have your credit card available.
- Ensure your trip reports or dealer reports are up to date, if applicable. Please note, you cannot submit catch reports via the permitting application. Please submit electronically or by email or mail as allowed.
Once you have everything available, click the link above. Then create an account and request access to your permits. If you are a new permit holder, please click the 'Apply online' link above, create an account and apply. You cannot apply for a new 2025 permit until January 1, 2025.
