- Application form signed by an authorized official
- Municipal Open Space and Recreation Plan, if not already on file with DCS
- Appraisal reports for acquisition projects

How to apply Apply to the Massachusetts Land and Water Conservation Fund Grant Program
A hard copy of the application must also be mailed to the address below by the grant deadline. The outside of the package should be marked BID ENV 24 DCS 07. Applications should be double sided, except for maps and graphics, and submitted to:

Applicants are required to use the online application form and upload tool provided at this site.
The online application must be received by Thursday, January 11, 2024 at 3:00 pm.
