What you need for Claim Authorization for Chapter 91
This process is to "claim" a Chapter 91 License/Permit that was issued prior to the use of the EEA ePLACE system, in order to initiate an action on that license such as an amendment or renewal of the term, or to apply for a Certificate of Compliance (WW05). A record of that license will first need to be created in the EEA ePLACE system. This record is created when someone "claims" the license.
