What you need
Feed and pet food companies are required to register feed or pet food products each year by December 31st . There is an annual registration fee of $100 per product. A late fee of $25 per product will be assessed to previously registered firms that fail to register by December 31st. There are no tonnage fees.

- Please use the registration form below to register your products for 2025. Note the new mailing addresses.
- Labels for every registered product are required to be sent along with the check and application form. They may be actual labels, photocopies, pdfs or saved on a thumb drive. We no longer accept CDs. If there are no changes to specific labels that were submitted in 2024, you do not need to resend those labels.
- The registration fee is $100 per product, and you must pay by check. Cash, credit cards and debit cards are not accepted. There is a $25 per product late fee for all firms that fail to register their products by December 31st, 2024. This only applies to products that were previously registered prior to January 1, 2024.
You do not need to register each bag/container size- i.e. you may sell a particular product in different sized containers or packages and if everything on the label is the same, you need only register that product once. If the product content sizes are different, i.e. small bone, medium bone, large bone, etc., each of those product sizes must be registered.
