Next steps

1. Create an Online EEA ePLACE Portal Account

   • Create your online account through the EEA ePLACE Portal. This is a one time process.

2. Prepare for Your Application

   Before starting your online application, have the following ready:

   • Have all product label file(s) that your are registering ready for upload. This is applicable to both new and renewal registrations.
   • If you’re registering more than 100 products for a company, create a single .zip folder for all labels.

3. Complete the Application Form

   Depending on the number of products you are registering for the Company, select the applicable guidance document below:

4. Internal Review and Payment Process

   • Once your application has been submitted, MDAR's Feed Program will review your application.
     • Please allow several weeks for processing, as higher volumes are expected during this transition period.
   • When the review is complete, you will receive an invoice by email for all approved products.
   • After the payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your list of approved products, which serves as your 2026 registration certificate.
