What you need

After you've registered for AlertsMA for Employees, you can download the mobile app so you can receive notifications and manage your contact preferences from a mobile device. 

Use of the AlertsMA mobile app is completely optional. Employees do not need to download the mobile app to receive AlertsMA notifications.

The app can be downloaded on either a personal or work device.

How to download

  1. After you've registered for AlertsMA for Employees, open the Apple Store (for iOS) or Google Play Store (for Android) on your device.
  2. Search for and install the "Everbridge Mobile Safety App."
  3. Open the app and tap "Find an organization or subscription."
  4. Type "AlertsMA" in the "Organization, Keyword, or Zip Code" field.
  5. Select "AlertsMA for Employees & Contractors" from the search results to connect your employee/contractor profile.
  6. Login to AlertsMA with the username and password you used to register.

You can now update your contact preferences and receive notifications on your mobile device.
