Features
The EOTSS Enterprise Print Platform is an application service that delivers a highly available, low maintenance print platform to all Commonwealth Executive Branch agencies. The EOTSS Enterprise Print Platform supports the Modern Workplace Framework, reduces generation of paper documents and allows for secure release of documents.
The Enterprise Solution includes two components: Printer Logic and AutoStore.
Request to add the Enterprise Print software to your device(s), modify an existing device setup, or request a waiver from the Print Device Lease/Purchase Moratorium.

How to request
Please note: Internal agency IT Liaison (ITL) approval is required in order for EOTSS to process this request.

SLE Responsibilities/Dependencies Fulfillment: Due to the variable nature of this request item, fulfillment time will differ on a case-to-case basis. SLE will be communicated following the finalization of customer requirements.

Customer
- Responsible for adhering to the EOTSS Standard Rules of Engagement.
EOTSS
- Responsible for coordinating discovery meeting(s) with the customer if applicable.
- Responsible for adding the Enterprise Print software to the customer’s device(s), modifying an existing device setup, or providing a waiver from the Print Device Lease/Purchase Moratorium per the customer’s request.
Policies
The moratorium on purchasing new Multi-Function Devices (MFDs), desktop printers, scanners and fax machines remains in effect.
