Although most interactions with our Certified Health Officers and Registered Sanitarians have satisfactory outcomes, consumers have the right to file a complaint if they feel as though a credentialed or uncredentialed individual has violated the standards

What you need   for File a complaint against a credentialed or uncredentialed individual

If you wish to file a complaint against a credentialed or uncredentialed individual related to duties of a Certified Health Officer or Registered Sanitarian, please follow the instructions below.  

If you are not sure if an individual’s actions rise to the level of misconduct, you may contact the Office of Local and Regional Health to discuss your complaint by calling (413) 923-3107.
