What you need   for File a Unified Certification Program appeal

MassDOT may remove the DBE certification of a company if it finds the company no longer meets the certification standards or has failed to conform to the requirements of the DBE program.

The company will be notified of the decision and then has ten days to request a local hearing before the MassUCP Adjudicatory Board. The decertification decision becomes final if a hearing is not requested. If a hearing is requested, the Board will hold a hearing and make a ruling.

A request for a hearing before the UCP Adjudicatory Board must be made in writing within 10 days of the decertification notice.
