Features

The gateway scans all incoming and outbound internet email communications, including attachments and URLs for signs of malicious or harmful content. The email Gateway also offer protection from social engineering attacks such as phishing.

Gateway Services also provides Secure email for messages sent to the internet with Secure: in the subject line.

SLEResponsibilities/Dependencies

Fulfillment: Due to the variable nature of this request item, fulfillment time will differ on a case-to-case basis. SLE will be communicated following the finalization of customer requirements.

Customer

  • Responsible for adhering to the EOTSS Standard Rules of Engagement.
  • Responsible for submitting accurate information to EOTSS during the intake and discovery process.
  • Sharing complete requirements will ensure that accurate SLEs are provided and met.

EOTSS

  • Responsible for coordinating discovery meeting(s) with the customer so that requirements and scope can be finalized.
  • Responsible for providing reliable and centrally managed inbound and outbound electronic messaging and collaboration Gateway services per the customer’s requirements.
