What you need

The HousingWorks Infrastructure Program (HWIP) is a competitive grant to municipalities and other public entities for a variety of infrastructure projects associated with housing development. This grant program awards funds based on the project’s nexus with housing, transportation, infrastructure, and community development needs.

How to apply

The HousingWorks Infrastructure Program is part of the Community One Stop for Growth, a single application portal and collaborative review process of community and economic development grant programs that make targeted investments based on a Development Continuum. It is designed to allow applicants to apply for consideration of multiple sources of funding to support multiple phases and facets of a project.
