Overview

The Microsoft Azure AD cloud-based Identity and Access Management (IAM) service is an authentication infrastructure which is built and managed by the EOTSS team. This solution integrates Commonwealth applications and services with an identity service platform to bring a range of benefits to your environment.

These benefits include:

  • Single sign on
  • Enhanced security features
  • Standardized login experiences and processes

You may use this request for the following “Request Types”:

  • General Inquiries
  • “Add Secure Access” to your environment (if you are prepared with requisite information to fill out the form)

How to request

Service Level Expectation (SLE)

Identity and Access Management (IAM)

SLEResponsibilities/Dependencies
Fulfillment: Due to the variable nature of this request item, fulfillment time will differ on a case-to-case basis. SLE will be communicated following the finalization of customer requirements.

Customer

  • Responsible for adhering to the EOTSS Standard Rules of Engagement.
  • Responsible for submitting accurate information to EOTSS during the intake and discovery process.
  • Sharing complete requirements will ensure that accurate SLEs are provided and met.

EOTSS

  • Responsible for coordinating discovery meeting(s) with the customer.
  • Once all requirements are collected/finalized following intake and discovery, EOTSS will determine the appropriate SLE for the request and communicate to the customer.
  • Responsible for the following per the customer’s request:
    • Respond to customer questions regarding IAM services that EOTSS provides.
    • Assist the customer integrate applications with the Commonwealth's Identity Service platforms that support internal and external users.
