After you create a MyMassGov account, you can sign in to Unemployment Services for Workers to make and manage your claims.

What you need

To apply for unemployment benefits online, manage your account, and file your weekly benefit claims, you need a MyMassGov account.

If you had a UI Online account, you can’t use it to log into the new Unemployment Services website.

How to log in

If you have a MyMassGov account

  1. Go to the Unemployment Services for Workers website and select "Log in or Create your account with MyMassGov."
  2. Log in using your MyMassGov username and password and follow the prompts.

If you don't have a MyMassGov account

  1. Go to the Unemployment Services for Workers website and select "Log in or Create your account with MyMassGov."
    • If you had a UI Online Account, use the same email address to sign up for MyMassGov.
  2. Follow the prompts to create your account.
