If you need help with your unemployment insurance claim, in-person appointments are available at the Boston Re-Employment Center (REC).

Cancel or reschedule your appointment

To cancel or reschedule your appointment:

  • Visit the appointment scheduling tool
  • Follow the prompts as if you are scheduling an appointment
  • When prompted, use your email address, phone number, and confirmation code to find your existing appointment
  • Select Reschedule or Cancel Appointment
