The Details

Features

EOTSS provides modern, robust, scalable, and fully secured Oracle Enterprise Infrastructure Services to the Commonwealth. Oracle Enterprise Infrastructure Services are available both on the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud platform across multiple regions and On-prem. This service helps customers to host and run DB on either the AWS Cloud Platform or On-prem with one or multiple environments (Production, Test, and Development). 

EOTSS Oracle Enterprise Infrastructure Services provide high performance, higher reliability, and highly available environment with migration and implementation planning, service upgrades, and 24/7 Operation support including DB consultation to cater to your Business/Application needs. Oracle databases can be access by Structured Query Language (SQL), Open Database Connectivity (ODBC), Java Database connectivity (JDBC) or other standard interfaces. This service also provides special requirements like Oracle (RAC) Clustering and Large Data Warehousing.

SLEResponsibilities/Dependencies

Fulfillment: 90% within 2 business days to provide a Database without any data included

Important Notes:

  • SLE is for setting up the Database only.
  • The customer must have access to the Database.

If applicable, a server may be required before fulfillment can begin.

Customer

  • Responsible for adhering to the EOTSS Standard Rules of Engagement.
  • If applicable, responsible for requesting a server before fulfillment can begin.
  • Dependent on the customer having access to the Database.

EOTSS

  • If applicable, responsible for communicating to the customer that a server is required before fulfillment can begin.
  • Responsible for providing Oracle Enterprise Infrastructure Services to the customer per their requirements.
