  • Parking ticket

How to pay

  1. Go to the Massachusetts DCR Parking Ticket System and select "I would like to pay my parking tickets."
  2. Enter your ticket and vehicle registration information.
  3. Select the tickets you would like to pay and proceed to checkout.

* Tickets paid online or by phone may take up to 4 days to clear.

If you want to pay by phone, call the DCR parking clerk at (855) 445-8531.

To pay by mail, send a check or money order payable to Commonwealth of Massachusetts to:

Open Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m.-3 p.m.

Only money orders are accepted in person.

If you don't pay or appeal your ticket within 21 days, you will have to pay an additional fine. 

After 30 days, your registration will be marked for non-renewal at the Registry of Motor Vehicles (RMV). You'll have to pay the ticket, late fees, and an additional $20 RMV fee to clear your registration.
