If an employer can’t pay the full amount due, the employer or TPA can request a payment plan online:
- Log in to Unemployment Services for Employers
- TPAs need to select the employer the request is for
- Select Additional Services
- From the Compliance panel at the bottom of the page, select Apply for a Payment Plan
- If the employer is not eligible, this option will not be available
- Complete the prompts to provide the required information, review the payment schedule, and submit the request
- DUA will review the request
