The Details

Features

The service operates 7 days per week from 4:00am – 11:00pm on Monday through Friday and 4:00am – 3:00pm on Saturday and Sunday, excluding holidays and other office closures.

The print service offers Standard (Simplex) printing and (Duplex) printing on White 24-pound cut sheet or pre-perforated paper and check stock, form design and maintenance, and uses multiple Xerox high-capacity production cut sheet printers.

NOTE: Special stock is provided by the customer agency.

Included with Production Print Services, the EOTSS Print/Mail Disaster Recovery Service offers Production Print customers a dedicated facility to fail over print and mail jobs should an outage occur.

Customer

EOTSS

  • Responsible for coordinating discovery meeting(s) with the customer if applicable. 
  • Responsible for providing a Production Scheduling service to automate and orchestrate workflows across on-premise and cloud hosted environments per the customer’s requirements.
  • Responsible for running reports in batch scenarios, which at times will take the application down. Please note that EOTSS will take inputs to create reports or update live active databases.
