What you need

  • Your registration renewal notice OR a completed Registration and Titling Application (if renewing by mail or in person).
  • A check or money order (made payable to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts) or Credit Card / Debit Card.
  • No cash accepted.

How to request

  • Bring your application to one of our registration offices for processing.
  • Please remember to bring check or money order (made payable to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts) or Credit Card / Debit Card.
  • Cash is not accepted.

Mail in your required documents to one of the offices listed below along with a check or money order for the appropriate fee made payable to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
