What you need

MassDOT maintains directional and informational signs on all state highways. If you would like to request a highway logo sign on one of the state's highways you can do so below. You can apply for your business, tourist center, college, university, or other attractions.

How to request

In order to apply, you'll need to fully complete one of the relevant forms below.

To turn in your completed application, visit one of the MassDOT District Offices. There are 6 district offices you can submit your application to. You’ll want to turn in the application to the district that oversees the area you are proposing a sign for.

Mail your forms to your respective MassDOT District Office, addressed to the District Highway Director. Also include Attention: District Traffic Engineer.
