How to request

If you have the docket number and the probate court name

If you have the docket number and the probate court that granted the divorce, you can request a copy of a divorce record from the probate court.

If you don't have the docket number and court name

Request the docket number and probate court information required to obtain a Certificate of Divorce Absolute by filling out and mailing in the Application of Divorce Inquiry (PDF) | (DOCX).
