Data files for multiple cities for multiple years, statewide data sets, data for years prior to 2003, and other data necessary to produce crash rate calculations is available from Traffic and Safety Engineering, MassDOT Highway Division.

Download and print the crash data request form. Complete the form, scan it, and e-mail the file to DOTcrashdatarequest@dot.state.ma.us.
