Virtualized Shared VMware Hosting

Fulfillment: Due to the variable nature of this request item, fulfillment time will differ on a case-to-case basis. SLE will be communicated following the finalization of customer requirements. Please note: EOTSS must be notified at least 48 hours in advance before fulfillment can begin.

Important Note: This request item is not to make changes to a server’s operating system (OS). Requests for changes to a server OS should be directed to the appropriate EOTSS O/S team (Linux or Windows).

Customer

• Responsible for adhering to the EOTSS Standard Rules of Engagement.
• Responsible for submitting accurate information to EOTSS during the intake and discovery process.
• Sharing complete requirements will ensure that accurate SLEs are provided and met.
• Responsible for providing notice to EOTSS at least 48 hours in advance before fulfillment can begin.

EOTSS

• Responsible for coordinating discovery meeting(s) with the customer. 
• Once the timeline and all requirements are collected/finalized following intake and discovery, EOTSS will determine the appropriate SLE for the request and communicate to the customer. 
• Responsible for providing modifications to an existing on-premise VMware Virtual Machine hosted in an EOTSS-managed datacenter per the customer’s requirements.
