Volunteer Case Reviewer Connect Portal

Volunteer case reviewers are community members who help review the cases of children who have been placed in foster homes or group settings. Volunteers can use the Volunteer Connect portal to share information with DCF and other volunteers.

What you need   for Volunteer Case Reviewer Connect Portal

You need to be an approved volunteer case reviewer to use the Volunteer Connect portal. The Department of Children and Families automatically sets up user account approved volunteers.

  • Existing Volunteers: If you don't have a user account, please contact your Volunteer Coordinator or call the Volunteer Case Review Program at 1-800-286-0323.
  • Prospective Volunteers: If you may be interested in volunteering to help children involved with DCF, learn more about Foster Care Review Volunteers.

How to log in   Volunteer Case Reviewer Connect Portal

Log in to the Volunteer Portal using the account information provided by the Department of Children and Families.

If you are an existing volunteer and do not have a user account, please contact your Volunteer Coordinator or call the Volunteer Case Review Program at 1-800-286-0323.
