EOTSS Windows Dedicated Distributed Hosting Services provide a Highly Integrated Windows Operating System and tools that deliver highest availability, reliability and security through centrally managed hosting services enabling Commonwealth to develop and innovate Business IT solutions. This service offers fully managed services for Windows Operation System Administration on both Cloud and On-prem platforms.  

EOTSS Windows Hosting Services cater to your Windows Operating Systems needs, providing a secure, reliable, high performing platform with functions including regular updates, emergency patches, OS Software licensing, and EOTSS SOE compliance management and automation for high availability and to minimize system down time.  This service provides 24/7 Operation support, periodic Health checks, migration and implementation planning, upgrade of services including Windows SOE best practices, consultation, and special application requirements.

Service Level Expectation (SLE)

SLEResponsibilities/Dependencies 
Fulfillment: Due to the variable nature of this request item, fulfillment time will differ on a case-to-case basis. SLE will be communicated following the finalization of customer requirements.

Customer

  • Responsible for adhering to the EOTSS Standard Rules of Engagement.
  • Responsible for submitting accurate information to EOTSS during the intake and discovery process.
  • Sharing complete requirements will ensure that accurate SLEs are provided and met.

EOTSS

  • Responsible for coordinating discovery meeting(s) with the customer. 
  • Once all requirements are collected/finalized following intake and discovery, EOTSS will determine the appropriate SLE for the request and communicate to the customer.
  • Responsible for providing fully managed services for Windows Operation System Administration on both Cloud and On-prem platforms per the customer’s requirements.
