Withdraw a telecom registration

If you are a telecom company registered with Massachusetts and no longer wish to be registered, you must cancel your statement of business operations and any tariffs on file with us.

The Details

What you need

If you are no longer providing telecommunications services in Massachusetts, you need to file a certificate of withdrawal in addition to a final annual return statement.  Even if the reported revenue is zero, you must still file a return stating zero revenue.  If you are a competitive local exchange carrier provider, you must comply with the Department's mass migration requirements prior to filing a certificate of withdrawal.
