What you need for WM02: Water Management Permit Amendments
This form covers:
- Decreasing authorized permit volumes,
- Changing the location of one or more withdrawal points,
- Adding one or more withdrawal points,
- Change the authorized withdrawal rate for an individual withdrawal point,
- Changing the location of discharge point(s),
- Changing the use of the water, and
- Changing any permit conditions.
Note: Requests for an increase in the total permit volume require a new permit and the filing of a BRP WM03 WMA Permit Application.

- Since you have an existing WM permit, you will first need to do one important step: Claim Your Authorization. This process will allow us to link your application amendment to your existing permit and confirm your identity.
Please note: You will not be required to upload anything in the Documents section. - Claim Online via the EEA ePlace Portal.
Note: If you are a first-time user, will will need to begin by creating an account.
