What you need for WW AR: Request for Chapter 91 Administrative Review
REQUESTS FOR PRE-APPLICATION MEETINGS, GENERAL INQUIRIES, INFORMATION REQUESTS, AND OTHER CORRESPONDENCE SHOULD CONTINUE TO BE SUBMITTED DIRECTLY TO DEP.WATERWAYS@MASS.GOV.
An administrative review could be for a request for the Department to review the following types of requests: Minor Project Modification, Maintenance Notification, Demolition Request, License/Permit Clarification, Exemption Project, Construction Period Extension, Management Plan, Great Pond Designation, or similar reviews that do not have a Chapter 91 application process prescribed by the regulations. If you have any questions about what types of submittals are appropriate for this process, please contact the Department at dep.waterways@mass.gov before initiating the submittal.
