Of the new units, 10% will be made affordable to households earning no more than 80% Area Median Income. Churchill James will perform due diligence ahead of a 2027 closing.
The parcel is located in downtown Bridgewater at 106 Hale Street, within walking distance of the Bridgewater commuter rail station and the Bridgewater State University campus.
