Promotional exam candidates are required to file their ECT&E Claims; It is a mandatory exam component and will result in a failing score on the ECT&E component if the claim is not completed. Supporting documentation will be accepted up to seven calendar days following the exam date by email: civilservice@mass.gov - Written Situational Judgement Test (SJT) Exam Date: May 13, 2023 (Notice to Appear: 4/28/23)

You will receive your examination result by email. Experience/Certification/Training & Education (ECT&E) Last Day to Appeal: June 23, 2023
Before filing an appeal regarding your ECT&E claim, please ensure that your submitted documentation supports the information referenced on your ECT&E claim.
