This examination is being held to establish an eligible list from which to fill Police Officer vacancies in Civil Service Municipal Police Departments and the MBTA Transit Police in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Please note that this posting includes information specific to the positions of Police Officer; please read carefully as the requirements for these positions may differ.

Written Examination Beginning Date: March 16, 2022
Employment/Experience (E/E) Last Day to Submit: March 23, 2022
Score Release Date: May 24, 2022
Employment/Experience (E/E) Last Day to Appeal: June 10, 2022
Eligible List Established Date: July 1, 2022

*There is an additional $50 late fee for applications received after this date. Applications will not be accepted after February 1, 2022.

Examination Processing Fee for Municipal Police and MBTA Transit Police: $100
