Abington and Rockland Joint Water Works

Hydrant leak detection sensors are being implemented to better control water loss. 

City of Westfield DPW-Water Division

The city will establish a Water Efficiency Management Commission to account for its water and to organize GIS data. 

City of Worcester Department of Water and Power

Bathymetric and topographic surveys of the city's reservoirs will be conducted.

Sterling Water Department

SWD will draft a plan to strengthen drought preparedness and reduce non-essential water use.

City of Fall River

Leak detection sensors are being implemented to better control water loss. 

Springfield Water and Sewer Commission

Pressure sensors are being implemented to better identify leaks and prevent water loss. 

City of Boston

The Office of Green Infrastructure will distribute 300 additional rain barrels to increase the use of sustainable infrastructure around the city. 

Charles River Watershed Association

A water use toolkit is being developed to help local communities strengthen their drought planning capabilities.

Town of Egremont

A new master meter will be used to monitor processed water and provide data for asset management planning.

Country Road Cooperative Corporation

Water meters will be implemented to monitor the community for leaks and drive down costs.

Town of Ipswich

Templates are being created for residents to reimagine their lawns and gardens as more water efficient spaces.

Norwell Water Department

An acoustic and sensor-based leak detection system will be implemented to lower energy cost and improve public health.
