Accessing COMMBUYS CLM Using Single Sign-on (SSO)

This Job Aid shows how to sign-in to the COMMBUYS Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool. CLM is integrated with COMMBUYS and access to CLM starts in COMMBUYS.

Launching COMMBUYS 

  1. Launch COMMBUYS  
  2. Select Sign In 
  3. Select SSO Login 
  4. Type Email Address and Password 
  5. Select Continue 

Accessing CLM 

  1. Select Settings  
  2. Choose CLM Home from the dropdown 
    1. The CLM Home Page opens in a new browser tab 

Changing CLM Role 

  1. Choose the User Role from the dropdown  
    1. The page changes to match the selected User Role
