The Andover Contributory Retirement System is conducting a search for passive mid cap core (S&P 400) and small cap core (S&P 600) managers under the guidance of their investment consultants, Greg McNeillie and Kevin Condy, CFA. The System has approximately $400 million in total assets. The amount of these searches is $25 million for mid cap and $20 million for small cap. Respondents should be able to provide a product for each asset class.All proposals will be evaluated by the investment consultant and recommendations will be made to the System. The final decision will be made by the Board of Trustees, (the “Board”).
