Andrew joined MassDOT in 2024 as an Environmental Analyst in the Environmental Services Construction Compliance Unit. He functions as the Environmental Project Manager for various complex active construction projects throughout the state and supports various MassDOT environmental efforts. Aside from reviewing active projects to ensure environmental compliance, Andrew supports initiatives that improve MassDOT’s mission to provide safe, reliable infrastructure while enhancing the Department's ability to protect wetland resource areas and other topics of public-interest.
Prior to joining MassDOT, Andrew worked in the private sector as an environmental consultant, specializing in conducting stormwater inspections, identifying and demarcating wetland resource area boundaries, preparing environmental permit applications, and evaluating wetland replication areas.
In his free time, Andrew enjoys sharing his passion for various ocean and mountain-based recreational activities with his family and friends.
