Acceptance of the minutes of the March 18, 2026, meeting of the preliminary screening committee
A motion was made by Chair Ellsworth to accept the minutes of the March 18, 2026, meeting of the preliminary screening committee as presented. The motion was seconded by Ms. Hastie; there was a roll-call vote.

The vote in favor was unanimous.
Vote to Enter Executive Session
Chair Ellsworth declared that an open meeting would have a detrimental effective in obtaining qualified candidates and made a motion to move to executive session for the purpose of considering applicants for employment and to not return to open session upon conclusion of the executive session. There was a roll-call vote.

The vote in favor was unanimous, and the open session ended at 1:35 p.m.
Executive Session
To consider or interview applicants for employment or appointment by a preliminary screening committee if the chair declares that an open meeting will have a detrimental effect in obtaining qualified applicants pursuant to Mass. G.L. c. 30A, § 21(a)(8).
