Through Assistive Technology (AT) Services, you can find, demo, and obtain the equipment you need to live independently. Our extensive catalog of AT equipment includes communication devices, memory wheelchairs, vehicle modifications, and more. We offer a wide range of assistive technology services to help you thrive at work and at home. Services include:

Who is eligible?

  • If you're seeking workplace-related AT support, connect with your nearest MRC Career Services location.
  • You are also encouraged to seek AT through other Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS) agencies. 
  • Parents and legal guardians of school-age children looking for AT should contact their Local Education Agency.

To meet your assistive technology needs, MassAbility partners with two of the state’s leading disability service organizations: Easterseals MA and United Cerebral Palsy (UCP) of Western MA.

How do I apply for AT services?

To apply for AT services, please contact your regional service provider above. Due to a high demand for equipment, you may be placed on a first-come, first-served waiting list. While you are on the waiting list, our team will work to provide you the next available equipment as soon as possible.

If you are an individual looking to apply for AT services to support your career, you can contact your nearest MRC location. Office staff will assist you in locating and obtaining equipment.
