Enhanced Care Coordination Collaborative

The Enhanced Care Coordination Collaborative (ECC Collaborative) is a community of practice and learning space for sharing experiences, successes, and growth opportunities in caring for children with medical complexity and their families. The ECC Collaborative leads with MassHealth requirements and adds related principles and competencies. Sessions may include content presentations, case presentations, and discussions tailored to CARES providers’ wants and needs.

CARES (Coordinating Aligned, Relationship-centered, Enhanced Support) for Kids providers are required to complete the “Standards of Enhanced Care Coordination” e-learning or equivalent training on care coordination principles for children and families before joining the ECC Collaborative.
