The Details
What you need
To submit a request, all you need is an interest in learning about how CHEI data can support your work. You don't have to know exactly what data you're looking for, our Regional Data & Action Support Providers will help you figure it out!
CHEI partners with the Metropolitan Area Planning Council and the Public Health Institute of Western Massachusetts to offer assistance in sharing CHEI data back and using it for action.
Anyone in Massachusetts can request data & action support to:
- Receive customized CHES data requests for your geography and/or community of focus
- Get support in engaging residents from your community to contextualize findings and prioritize action steps
- Get assistance in taking actions like applying for grant funding, informing programming, and advocating for policies that reduce health inequities
