Commonwealth Employee, Manager, and Supervisor Required Training

The MassAchieve team has created the 2024-2025 required training plan to provide you with an engaging learning experience, to meet the learning objectives for these important workplace topics, and to lessen the amount of time you spend in completing your trainings.

Each required training reflects important workplace policies governed by Commonwealth executive orders, personnel and HR policies, and/or Massachusetts general law.  Start your training today by going to MassAchieve.

Completing these trainings means more than just fulfilling your employee obligations; the trainings establish guidelines and expectations for a safe and respectful workplace, and for how we work together and make meaningful impact as Commonwealth employees.
