Commonwealth Employee, Manager, and Supervisor Required Training

The Organizational Learning team at HRD, in partnership with subject matter experts for required training topics, have created the 2025-2026 required training plan to provide you with an engaging learning experience, meet the learning objectives for these important workplace topics, and reduce the amount of time needed to complete your annual compliance trainings.

Each required training reflects important workplace policies governed by Commonwealth executive orders, personnel and HR policies, and/or Massachusetts general law.  Start your training today by going to MassAchieve.

Completing these trainings means more than just fulfilling your employee obligations; they establish guidelines and expectations for a safe and respectful workplace, and for how we work together and make a meaningful impact as Commonwealth employees.

Required Executive Department Training

The 2025-2026 Commonwealth required trainings have been assigned to Executive Department employees, managers, and supervisors within MassAchieve. For current employees, your deadline for completing these trainings is Tuesday, March 31, 2026. Newly hired Commonwealth employees can also find their training deadlines in MassAchieve

To assist you in your learning journey, the Organizational Learning team has created the Accessibility Navigation Guidance for Assistive Device Users. This resource will provide additional guidance to those using assistive devices to navigate their annual required training courses.

The FY26 Required Training list provides details on this year required training.
