 Look out for helpful hints & information about required compliance reporting in DCAMM’s Contractor Management System (DCMS) and the Commonwealth’s Affirmative Marketing Program.

Did You Know?

Changes are being made to DCAMM’s Affirmative Marketing Program? Effective July 1, 2020, the following changes will go into effect for all DCAMM design and construction projects procured on or after July 1, 2020:

  • Separate MBE and WBE Goals – There will no longer be a combined MBE/WBE goal.
  • Project Specific Goals – Goals will be set on a project by project basis.
  • Increased Supplier Credit – MBE/WBE supplier credit will be increased to 15%.
