Uniform Rules on Public Access to Court Records Rule 6: Correction of clerical error in electronic docket entry

Under Rule 6, any party, nonparty, or their attorney can make a written request to correct a clerical error in an electronic docket using the correction of clerical error form below. 

This Rule does not apply to the correction of errors of substance.

Request to Correct Clerical Error in Electronic Docket Entry (Trial Court Rule XIV, Rule 6)

This form allows parties and non-parties to alert the clerk about a potential clerical mistake and can be used in all Trial Court Departments. Submit the completed form to the Clerk's office where the court record is physically located and to all parties.
