Color
DPH provides a Vaccine Clinic Management (VCM) system, free of charge, to health departments and other organizations including EMS, VNAs, Community Health Centers, schools and other entities which provide vaccines to the public.
The specific VCM system that DPH uses is Color. This system enables scheduling and registration, as well as the automatic transmission of vaccination records to the MIIS and the single designated third-party billing service used by the Department.
If you have a question about whether your organization can use Color, you can email ColorHelp@mass.gov.
