The Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) Office of Leasing and State Office Planning (OLSOP), is responsible for meeting office and related space needs of state agencies.

The Office of Leasing and State Office Planning procures space from the private market for state agency use. 

The Office manages more than 550 leases for 7.5 million usable square feet of leased space and

• Procures leases through an open and competitive solicitation of proposals
• Negotiates the lease and all amendments
• Oversees the landlord’s design and build-out of tenant improvements
• Assists agencies with landlord lease compliance
