Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to Lease Space

Find RFPs seeking leased space for state agencies on COMMBUYS. When the COMMBUYS page opens, select Organization = Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance and Department = Office of Leasing, then hit the Search button.

State agencies will utilize an online application to access lease management forms

To begin the process, users must first register and obtain a password.  If you have not already registered and obtained a password, please go to the DCAMM Leasing Application.  When the login screen appears, click on the blue question mark towards the right.  In the Summary box, type “Need registration and password.”  Be sure to include your contact email.  Once you receive a password and access to the application, a recorded training presentation and manual will be available.

The Lease Engagement Form (previously Form 1), Agency Recommendation Form (previously Form 2), Transaction Approval Form (previously Form 3), and Termination Form (previously Form 4) are all available from the DCAMM Leasing Application.
