Debbie Russell is the Director of Leasing at the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) overseeing the Commonwealth’s procurement and administration of over 600 active agreements totaling more than 7.7 million square feet of real estate.
Debbie came to DCAMM with over 13 years of real estate experience. Prior to joining DCAMM in 2018, Debbie was the Director of Operations for Fraport USA, an airport developer, overseeing the leasing, day-to-day operations, and construction of terminal B and E at Boston’s Logan International Airport. Debbie previously served as Secretary of the Board of Directors for the Logan Airport Association.
Debbie holds a Bachelor’s degree from Suffolk University.
