Greetings from DCAMM Contractor Certification!

Today’s topic of our tip sheet is the combined spreadsheet. In an effort to streamline our process we have combined the previous two spreadsheets into one, as well as combining Prime and Filed Sub-Bidders. We also eliminated unnecessary columns.

In Progress and Completed Projects Spreadsheet

Things to keep in mind when completing this newly combined spreadsheet.

PRIME:

1. Your projects should have a dollar value of $80,000 and above
2. They should be from the last 5 years
3. You should list your highest 2 dollar value projects

SMALL PRIME:

1. Your projects should have a dollar value of $50,000 and above
2. They should be from the last 5 years
3. You should list your highest 2 dollar value projects

FILED SUB-BIDDER:

1. Your projects should have a dollar value of $20,000 and above
2. They should be from the last 3 years

With the Combined Spreadsheet, how will you know if our project is complete?

The spreadsheet contains a Percentage Complete column. When the project is listed as 100% we will know the project is complete and request evaluations for that project.
