This tip sheet is to inform you of the new password requirements coming May 2, 2022.
New Password Requirements Coming Your Way!
In order to make our online systems more secure and safeguard your information our online vendors will be implementing a new password requirement to log into B2Gnow and LCPTracker.
The New Requirements will be as follows:
A minimum of 8 characters and must contain at least 3 of the following:
- Upper case letters
- Lower case letters
- Numbers
- Special Characters (!, #, @, % etc.)
If you have 5 unsuccessful logon attempts your account will be locked. Once locked you will have to utilize the “forgot my password” function and be prompted for a password that meets the new requirements.
If you are unable to reset your password, you can always submit a Support Ticket to B2G Customer Service for their assistance.
