We would like to call your attention to the Approved Pending Publication feature. We are utilizing this feature to approve future Certificates before the old ones expire. This Tip Sheet will assist you in finding the Pending Publication Certificates of Eligibility, so you are able to review the approved future Certificates and address any questions/issues before they go live.
Finding Your Pending Certificate of Eligibility
From your Dashboard go to My Certifications
View your Current Certificate
Click View Letters & Certifications
Under Related Letters & Certificates view the most recent Certificates that have been approved for publication. Once these Certificates go live, they will replace the expired Certificates in the Current Certifications box.
