All persons desiring to submit data, views, or arguments about proposed regulations may do so in writing by the date indicated on the notice. Refer to the legal notice for the mailing address for submitting comments, or submit them by e-mail at DTA.LegalNoticeComment@MassMail.State.MA.US.
The date published is the date the notice appeared in the newspaper and marks the beginning of the 21-day public-comment period, pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30A, §. 3.

DTA Legal Notice(s)
Pursuant to 45 CFR 261.41 we are providing the public an opportunity to comment on the estimates and methodology that the Massachusetts Department of Transitional Assistance used to calculate its caseload reduction credit. This credit is used in determining whether the state has met its minimum work participation rates.
All persons desiring to submit data, views or arguments concerning these proposed actions shall file the same with DTA.LegalNoticeComment@Mass.gov, on or before 5:00 PM on 12/18/2025.
All persons desiring to review the current draft of the proposed actions may go to www.mass.gov/dta/legalnotices, request a copy in writing from Claude Gaboton, 1 Ashburton Place, 5th Floor, Boston, MA 02108, or via email at DTA.LegalNoticeComment@Mass.gov.
The Department may adopt a revised version of the proposed actions taking into account relevant comments and any other practical alternatives which come to the Department's attention.
